It is easy to make it from 1portion to party size.
Variety of ingredients over the sushi rice. It is easy to prepare and make.
You can use any kind of quality sushi  ingredients.

  Directions:

  
 
Make  Sushi rice. (How to make a Sushi rice.)
Make  Kinshi-tamago ( Thin omelets) and slice thin.
Chop the Kanpyo and Gari  .
Cut the cucumber in half and slice.
Mix the recipe's condiments in a bowl.
marinate the Sushi shrimp in recipe's ingredients for a minute.
Cut the eel about 2cm long and bake until skin is brown.
Thin slice the Tuna and Salmon about bite size.
 marinate Koikuchi-Soy sauce with Wasabi for a minutes.
Marinate Salmon roe in Ikura No Umani Hitashi sauce.

Spread sushi rice over the dish.
Sprinkle Kanpyo and Gari over the sushi rice.
 
Sprinkle sliced thin Omelets over the sushi rice.
Then, Put the Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp, and Eel over the rice.
 
Sprinkle the cucumber.
Put the Shiso leaf and Salmon roe on top.
