Chirashi Sushi !!

Chirashi Sushi (Chirashizushi) is a variety of ingredients over the sushi rice. It is easy to prepare and make.
You can use any kind of sushi quality ingredients. Create your own Chirashi Sushi.

Cut the cucumber about 8cm and cut in half like the  image.
 
Put the cucumber on the cutting board.
 
Use the edge of the cutting board  to slice the cucumber easily.
(Slide the knife on the cutting board.)
 
First, slice the top of the cucumber as shown in the image.
 
Then slice the cucumber toward the bottom.
 
 
Make the cucumber shape like the image.
 
Put sushi rice into a china bowl.
Add a small piece of roasted seaweed on the sushi rice.
 
Cut the tamagoyaki about 2.5cm thick and cut in half like the image.
Place the tamagoyaki on as shown like the image.
 
Place the cucumber on front of the tamagoyaki.
 
Place the fish from the right side. Fold the top part of the fish.
 
Slice the lemon about 5mm thick and peel the skin like the image.
 
Put the shrimp in front of the lemon.
 
Put the Ikura or Uni on the shiso-leaf. Also place the Gari and Wasabi on the front.
