Tonkatsu (pork cutlet)

<Ingredients>
Recipe's condiments Panko  [?]
Egg Vegetable oil
Flour Cabbage
Salt / White pepper Tonkatsu Sauce

Tonkatsu  is a Japanese - style breaded deep - fried pork.
Serve with shredded cabbage and other sliced vegetables such as tomato.
Use Tonkatsu sauce or
Worcestershire sauce for dipping.

 Directions:

  
 
Heat up 10 -12 cm (4 inches) of oil in a wok.
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
(You can add the garlic powder for extra flavor.)
Coat pork with flour.
In another bowl, beat egg well.
Dip the pork in the beaten egg.
Then coat pork with Panko.
Fry in the heated oil until golden. (Oil temperature)

 

 

For best results, Do not fry too much at the same time.
