Tentsuyu (Tempura dipping sauce)

<Ingredients>
Recipe's condiments  
Daikon-radish  
Ginger  
   

Tentsuyu is Japanese Tempura sauce.
Serve with tempura.
Do you know the Tentsuyu and Zaru-soba sauce is exactly the same?

1  Soy sauce-Koikuchi [?]
1  Hon-Mirin [?]
 
 

 Directions:

  
 
Grate daikon-radish and strain it.
Grate ginger.
Put all Recipe's condiments in a pot and heat it up.
Boil for 1 minutes and stop the heat.
Use grated daikon-radish and ginger when eat it.
(Grated daikon-radish 90% : Grated ginger 10%)
 

  Enjoy other tasty menu using Tentsuyu.
