Panko fried

Panko is breadcrumbs which made form bread without crusts. It tend to be lighter and crispier than Western crumbs. Panko fry is used in many kinds of Japanese food.

 Directions:

  
 
Heat up the oil.
Add salt and pepper to the meat or vegetable.
Coat with flour.
In another bowl, mix egg well.
Put the meat or vegetable from step 3 on mixed egg.
And coat with Panko.
Fry with the heated oil until golden. (Oil temperature)

 

 

For best results, Do not fry too much at the same time.
