Recipe & Recipe's condiments
1  Ponzu Sauce
1  Grated Daikon-radish
a little  Shichimi-Togarashi

 Directions:

Make some ponzu-sauce. (This sauce is good on many dishes.)
Grate daikon-radish and strain it. Add the ponzu-sauce as Recipe and add some Shichimi-Togarashi (Japanese seven flavor chili pepper) in it.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both side of the beef.
Sprinkle corn starch all over the beef.
Heat a frying pan well and add oil.
Change the fire to high flame and grill the beef to brown on the surface.
(Try to not move the beef too often.)
Flip the beef and grill it to the way you like to have.
Take the beef out from the pan, cut it and serve it with plenty of sauce from step2 on it.

Try to not tend the beef too much. Leave it to be brown on the surface. That is the best way to keep it juicy and tasty.
