Spinach ohitashi is one of the Japanese vegetable appetizer dish.
You can enjoy the natural taste of spinach with Ohitashi sauce.

Recipe & Recipe's condiments

1  Soy sauce-Usukuchi [?]

 Directions:

  
 
Put all the Recipe's condiments in a pot and heat it up.
Boil for 1 minutes and cool it down.
Now, ohitashi sauce is ready.
At the same time, boil hot water in the another pot.
Put cleaned spinach into the boiling water. ( The pot from step #3. )
Boil the spinach until cooked.
Please do not boil too much.
Put the spinach into the cold water and cool it down.
Drain the water well.
Put the spinach into the cold ohitashi sauce.
Dish up the spinach with ohitashi sauce.
Garnish with bonito flakes or sesame seed, if desired.
