Ginger Pork - Shogayaki

<Ingredients>
Recipe's condiments Onion
Sliced pork Vegetable oil
Grated Ginger  
   
   

Ginger Pork is called buta-no-shogayaki in Japanese. Sliced pork is marinated in special ginger sauce and stir fry. If you like spicy taste, use Shichimi-Togarashi (Japanese seven flavor chili pepper). It is a very popular lunch in many Japanese restaurant.

 Directions:

  
 
Mix all Recipe's condiments in a bowl.
Thinly sliced pork marinate in a recipes sauce for 10 minutes.
Heat frying pan on medium heat and add a tea spoon full of vegetable oil.
Stir-fry the pork on medium heat.
Serve with very thin sliced onion and boiled broccoli.
