Gindara is Black cod in Japanese. It has rich flavor and soft texture.
Marinate the recipe's Saikyo-Miso then grill. You can enjoy the sweet miso flavor.

 Directions:

  
 
Put all the Recipe's condiments in a bowl and mix. 
Cut the Black cod into thick pieces.
Cover up the black cod with Recipe's Miso sauce.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Rinse Miso sauce with cold water quickly.
Grill the Black cod at 180C° (350F° ) until cooked.
