Chicken-Karaage

<Ingredients>
Recipe's condiments Lemon
Chicken thighs  
Vegetable oil  
Cornstarch / Potato starch  

Karaage is Japanese style fried chicken.
Simple and  tasty recipe ever!

Recipe & Recipe's condiments
1  Sake [?]
1  Soy sauce-Usukuchi [?]
a little  Grated-Ginger
a little  Grated-Garlic
a little  Ra-yu (chili-oil)
 
 
 

 Directions:

  
 
Put all Recipe's condiments in a ball and mix well.
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Put the chicken pieces into a sauce. Marinate in 10 minutes.
Drain a sauce.
Put cornstarch in a dry ball. Put in marinated chicken so that each piece is completely coated.
Heat up the oil. (Oil temperature)
Fry the chicken pieces a few at a time until a deep golden brown.
Drain the oil well and serve. Use lemon for garnish.
