Nikujaga

Sliced Pork or Beef Onion
Vegetable oil  
Potato  

Nikujyaga or Nikujaga is a Japanese dish of meat and vegetable stew.
Niku means meat and Jaga means potatoes in Japanese. Thinly sliced beef or pork are used, although ground beef is also popular.

 Directions:

  
 
Shirataki-noodle into 2 inch and boil for 5 minutes with hot water.
Drain and rinse with water.
Cut potato into a little big bite-sized chunk.
Cut carrot into bite-sized chunk.
Cut onion into wedges..
Put all Recipe's condiments in a ball and mix well. 
Sauté the beef (pork) and vegetables with vegetable oil.
Add shirataki into the pan.
Pour sauce(#3) into the pan.
Simmer medium heat until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Skim off any impurities that rise to the surface.
Use boiled pea pod for garnish.
