Beef and Broccoli with Oyster sauce

<Ingredients>
Recipe's condiments Corn starch
Sliced Beef Vegetable oil
Broccoli Sesame Oil
Garlic  

This is a Chinese taste dish.
Do not over cook the broccoli, so it tastes good and crispy.
Sprinkle corn starch on beef so that helps the source stay on it.

2  Chuka-broth  [?] (water + powder)
2  Oyster sauce
1  Soy sauce-Koikuchi [?]
1  Sake [?]

 Directions:

  
 
Mix all Recipe's condiments in a bowl.
Cut broccoli in bite size. Boil water in a pan and put a pinch of salt in the water. Put the broccoli in the pot and boil it for 30 second. Put the broccoli in cold water and take the cooled broccoli on strainer.
Cut the beef and sprinkle salt and white pepper then corn starch.
Heat frying pan in medium heat and add a tea spoon full of vegetable oil. Add sliced garlic in the pan and fry them.
Add the beef in the pan and stir fry them until it is brown in high flame. Add the sauce from step1 in the pan. 
Add broccoli and sesame oil and stir fry them.
 

Cut Beef in about 1/8 in. cook to medium rare for the best result.

Do not overcook broccoli.
